Planning from Canada was a breeze, Randal, the owner, was always easily reachable and showed us several fantastic options for boats. When the first boat was unexpectedly booked before we could secure it, the team went above and beyond to find an even better boat at the same price that was agreed upon – we were cruising in luxury! The staff on the boat was professional and highly skilled, the food was some of the best we had in the country (fresh caught seafood, right off the boat!), and the boat was maintained well. Our head guide Ali and other guides were also very knowledgeable about the area and knew the best places to visit. We were lucky enough to swim with 7 3-4m large manta rays, spot sea turtles, and see plenty of beautiful reefs and komodo dragons. This is my second trip with Komodo and will definitely be back.”

“Eric and Randal and Ali, Yes, it was a wonderful experience. And yes, the boat was rustic but I was treated royally and well. If my wife had come, we would have gone up a notch or two. The trip was all that I had hoped for. Saw an incredible amount in 28 hours on the water and land. Still seems surreal to think that 24 hours ago I was on Komodo Island.
