Pricing

Pricing for our custom travel experiences includes several considerations:

  1. Locations and activities
  2. Number of guests
  3. Duration and season of travel
  4. Services required (e.g. expedited hotel and airport transfer, specific accommodation requirements, food & beverage, transportation, guiding and concierge services, reservations, medical, security)
  5. Site access fees
  6. Community cultural/site fees and contributions
  7. Level of service (i.e. ultra-luxury, luxury, mid-range, economy)
  8. Trip logistics, complexity, safety & security considerations

All package prices are quoted in US Dollars. Trip payment on deposit, after all bank fees, must be as per the quote. Komodo Travel and Transportation reserves the right to make price adjustments in situations beyond our control, such as sudden fuel price increases, significant currency fluctuations, or a secondary service provider becomes unavailable. In this latter case, we will endeavour to first find an alternate provider delivering a near equivalent product at a similar price as was provided for in the original quote, where this results in reduction in our costs, we will pass these savings on to our customers.
